Consumer Protection Assistant (m/w/d)

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking a dedicated and reliable Consumer Protection Assistant (m/w/d) for a Company in the Finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. He/She is expected to take initiative, speak and write excellent English, be very accurate, pay meticulous attention to detail and have the ability to work well in a very dynamic environment. Moreover, he/she will have a pro-active, hands-on approach and be capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

In particular, the jobholder will be asked to perform the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Conduct of Business Oversight Team, such as:

• Assisting with procurement processes

• Monitoring deadlines for all deliverables in the project and ensuring the timely deliverable of all outputs

• Monior conduct of business supervision and legislative related developments.

• Support the Conduct of Business Policy Team and Digital Finance Unit as needed.

Requirements:

• A post-secondary education attested by a diploma or a secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, in the field of Law.

• At least one year work experience, gained in a multicultural environment. Ideally some experience in an EU agencies or institution environment to allow for easy integration.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Word, Excel, and AI tools.

• English
