Facilities and Logistics Assistant for AMLA (m/w/d)

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is looking, at Frankfurt am Main, for a committed Facilities and Logistics Assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our team for our client in the financial administration sector. In this position, you will be responsible for the technical supervision and maintenance of the building. We offer you a dynamic working environment in which your skills are valued.

• Ensuring the functionality of technical facilities and providing front office support

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work

• Monitoring safety regulations and coordinating service providers

• Organizing meetings and visits, as well as providing support during relocations

• Documentation, follow-up, and preparation of reports

• Completed vocational training in building services engineering, office administration, or a comparable qualification

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience

• Good MS Office skills; experience with SharePoint is an advantage

• German (B2) and English, proficient in spoken and written communication

• Strong organizational skills, service-oriented, team-oriented, and reliable

• A interim (6-months plus possibility to prolong) employment contract according to the BAP collective agreement

• Above-average compensation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses
