For our valued partner in the energy industries, we are looking for a

Performance Reporting Manager (m/w/d) based in Düsseldorf (90% remote possible).

You are the architect of clarity in a complex landscape. Your combination of analytical rigor, stakeholder finesse, and process excellence makes you invaluable to how our partner steers its energy assets.
Your tasks:
Lead performance reporting cycles, ensuring data quality and alignment across all organizational levels
Manage KPI structures and performance dashboards, translating metrics into actionable business insights
Coordinate cross-functional reporting contributions and stakeholder alignment calls
Organize and facilitate governance meetings, keeping teams synchronized and decisions moving forward
Oversee weekly and monthly reporting rhythms, maintaining timelines and quality standards
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments and external partners

Your qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or related field
Proven experience in performance management, business governance, or operational reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data structures
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Highly organized with attention to detail and deadline discipline
Comfortable coordinating across departments and managing multiple reporting streams simultaneously
