For our valued partner in the international energy sector, we are looking for a

Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) for the Düsseldorf site.

As a Procurement Specialist in the energy sector, youre not just managing suppliers youre shaping strategic partnerships that support the transition toward sustainable energy. From large-scale infrastructure to technical components, your decisions have a direct impact on security of supply, efficiency, and innovation. Your tasks:
Perform supplier registration and qualification, including reviewing questionnaires and conducting validations
Act as a point of contact for suppliers to assist with providing and updating required information and documents
Maintain and update supplier data
Coordinate with internal departments involved in the onboarding workflow
Escalate issues such as missing feedback or process blockages via Supplier Owner or Team Lead
Follow up with suppliers and supplier owners for certificate and qualification updates
Support sourcing tender processes from the suppliers perspective
Assist with additional tasks such as data quality checks, reporting, and training

Your qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field
Alternatively, completed vocational training (e.g., Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Groß- und Außenhandel, Industriekaufmann/-frau) with relevant experience in procurement or supplier management
Experience with ERP systems, preferably with procurement modules
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
Strong German communication skills (minimum C1 level) required
