Key tasks: Daily coordination of 2050 warehouse staff
Planning of shifts, work assignments & resource availability
Control of workflows using the Amazon system
Training new staff, holding team meetings & tracking KPIs

Your profile: Logistics or commercial background with team leadership experience
Strong IT skills (SAP, Excel) and solid understanding of warehouse operations
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Willingness to work shifts and participate in a 23 week training in Pilsen (CZ)
Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
