We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain Logistics & Transport Specialist" (d/f/m)
Your tasks:
- Ensuring the stable and continuous flow of kitting operations from inbound to outbound
- Thoughtfully managing the coordination of external companies (in accordance with work specifications)
- Deeply understanding and being able to confidently answer questions linked to the different process flows within the Kit Factory
- Proactively eliminating disturbances and providing quick, effective problem solutions within the flow of kitting operations
- Diligently monitoring KPIs of both the team and its logistics service providers
- Identifying opportunities for improvements and utilizing appropriate methods and tools to uncover root causes and develop sustainable solutions
- Providing compassionate support and expertly managing the demands of internal customers regarding processes, tools and systems
- Actively contributing to cross-functional and transnational improvement projects
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of aircraft construction, industrial engineering, supply chain/logistics, technical or comparable qualification
- Completed training with a completed technician/specialist or master certification as an aircraft mechanic, logistics specialist, freight forwarding merchant or equivalent qualification
- More than two years of experience in customer service and supply chain/logistics
- Experience in quality management
- Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge in Lean Management
- Basic knowledge in service bulletin
- Negotiation-level German skills
- Proficient English skills
