your tasks:

• Professional coordination and support in the preparation and implementation of Leadership and Talent Development programmes

• Main contact person for stakeholders to inform about available programmes and the booking process

• provide the administration, tracking and logistical organization of training and development programmes

• Gather feedback (via surveys and other methods) of facilitators and programmes delivered to track their effectiveness, and suggest improvements

• Work as coordinator between internal and external partners and build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders including HR, the business, senior managers and vendors

• Generate purchase orders and manage invoices and contracts in a timely manner

• Prepare reports, statistics, analyses, and presentations in German and English when needed

• Support in Talent Management activities

your profile:

• At least vocational Training and / or certified business expert (e.g. Personalkaufmann-/-kauffrau), or equivalent

• First experiences in the organization of trainings and development programmes (or alternatively first experience in event management), preferably also in using Learning Management Systems

• Customer orientation and organizational skills to facilitate the seamless organization and execution of programmes among various internal and external partners (vendors, trainers)

• Intercultural competencies to collaborate effectively in an international environment

• Ability to manage time proficiently

• Reliable and demonstrated ability to work in teams, as well as self-reliant

• Fluency in English and German, additional European languages are an advantage
